MY DEBT NAVIGATOR REFERRAL AGREEMENT
This agreement is between My Debt Navigator, LLC ("Company") and the undersigned Referral Agent operating under Aspire Consultants.

1. Independent Contractor
   Referral Agent acts as an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of My Debt Navigator.

2. Responsibilities
   Referral Agent may:

• Use referral tools (e.g., links or QR codes) to refer clients.

• Assist clients with booking appointments.
  Referral Agent must identify themselves as part of Aspire Consultants.

3. Prohibited Actions
   Referral Agent cannot:

• Act as a debt specialist or attorney.

• Provide legal, financial, or debt advice.

• Make guarantees about My Debt Navigator services or results.

4. Confidentiality
   Referral Agent must maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information and adhere to data protection laws.

5. Non-Solicitation
   Referral Agent will not solicit My Debt Navigator’s clients, employees, or partners for competing services for 24 months post-termination.

6. Termination
   This agreement may be terminated at any time without liability. Referral Agent must cease using My Debt Navigator’s tools and return all materials upon termination.

7. Compensation
   All compensation is managed by Aspire Consultants. My Debt Navigator holds no payment obligations to the Referral Agent.

8. Dispute Resolution
   Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Wyoming under applicable state laws.
